1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using the CoinFlow application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Coin Purchases and Redemptions

The App allows you to purchase virtual coins ("Coins") using your rewards balance and redeem them to cash paid into your bank account, subject to the rates and fees displayed within the App. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Redemptions are processed to the bank account you provide and are subject to administrative approval to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to delay or cancel any transaction for security reasons.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting to manipulate the coin system, or using the App for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
