2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and contact number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App.
  • Financial Data: We collect data related to your transactions within the App, including coin purchases and redemption requests. For redemptions, we securely collect your bank details (account holder name, bank name, account number, sort code) solely for the purpose of processing payments. All purchases are processed through Google Play, and we do not store your sensitive payment card information.
  • Data from Firebase: Our application is built on Firebase services. We use Firebase Authentication for managing user accounts and Firestore for storing application data, such as your user profile and transaction history.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process your transactions, including coin purchases and redemptions.
  • Email you regarding your account or order.
  • Provide you with customer support.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
  • Prevent fraudulent transactions and protect against criminal activity.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Your data is stored on secure Firebase servers. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

5. 💳 Refunds & Digital Currency Policy

1. Digital Coin Purchases

  • All purchases of digital coins within the CoinFlow app are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
  • Digital coins have no cash value.
  • Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.
  • Coins may only be used within the CoinFlow app.

2. Refund Requests

  • Refunds for digital coin purchases are handled exclusively by Google Play, in accordance with Google’s refund policies.
  • CoinFlow does not process refunds directly.
  • Users must request refunds through their Google Play account.
  • Approval or rejection of refunds is at the sole discretion of Google Play.

3. Effect of Refunds on Coins

If Google Play approves a refund:

  • Any unused coins associated with the refunded purchase may be removed from the user’s account.
  • Coins that have already been spent or redeemed (including on gift cards or services) will not be restored or refunded.
  • CoinFlow reserves the right to adjust coin balances to prevent abuse or misuse of refunded purchases.

4. Gift Cards & Redemptions

Once coins are redeemed for gift cards or other rewards:

  • The redemption is considered final.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reversed.
  • CoinFlow is not responsible for refunds related to third-party gift card providers.

5. Account Restrictions

CoinFlow reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that engage in:

  • Abuse of the refund system
  • Repeated refund requests
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

6. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
